There are many reasons why we like this property. The rooms are immaculately clean, but I did notice that some of the cabinets are starting to show their age. The onsite barber shop/ salon is an excellent opportunity to get a haircut or enjoy a manicure or pedicureure, along with many other available services. The 10/4 bar has one of the best sections of wines and whiskeys I have seen in the area. The final accouterment of this property is its restaurant located on the second floor; Abuela’s is an excellent opportunity to enjoy the cuisine available for a fair cuisine price; purchase your room with breakfast included, and you will not be sorry.

Its nearby to my office in Ayala, also its a 5-10mins walk to Greenbelt Mall, so food options are all around. The room they gave us was clean when we arrived, although the carpet or maybe also curtain has this old funny smell which can only be removed when they replace it for sure.. i raise this concern and they moved us to a better room, its also bigger and the work desk is good for me to use. The bed is comfortable, we opt to book with breakfast, it was OK, coffee is good + hot chocolate. The staff are friendly. The hotel has laundry area for self-service so its a plus if you stay long.

They even offered a "pet passport" and nearby areas where we can bring the pet for a walk or emergencies. - There was a drinking water dispenser although its placement seems to be out of place. - Bed and pillows were very cozy and comfortable. - Bathroom was the right size. - There's a Family Mart right outside the building. - They brought the Grab delivery to the room.

1 bedroom apartment was very comfortable it had all the facilities required and it was also very clean due the fantastic housekeeping staff .. it was very quiet so we were never disturbed .. location was excellent and having a park 2 min walk away is such a blessing in a busy place such as makati ..the staff here are exceptional and made are stay here so comfortable ...breakfast was also excellent lots of choices...

The location was super clean the staff was amazing . There was not and language barrier. The location is across the street from the Greenbelt 1 Mall. Washer and Dryer on site. Security is on top of everything! Great Stay! Been around the world this location is a bang for the buck! Lazaro Ruiz
